HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 15 days after the original shipping date. Items returned must be unused and in perfect condition.
You can send the item(s) back to our shop:

You can drop by our Barber Amsterdam shop.
Please bring the product, the original receipt or webshop order confirmation.
The items and their condition are your responsibility, until the moment we receive them back at the store. We can’t refund damaged or used products.
We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 workdays for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Unfortunately we can not compensate your delivery costs. When the item is faulty or damaged returning is free, see below for instructions.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We can also handle exchanges for webshop purchases.
Please return the item to us as described above under “how can i return an item?”, and we will send you a personal, one-time coupon code to use as a refund in our webshop. Please make sure to send or bring the order receipt/number and the original product in unused and undamaged state.
HOW ABOUT FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS?
Please check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at email@example.com, stating your order number and the nature of the fault. After you’ve received confirmation, please send or bring the item back as described above under “how can i return an item?”
Of course we will also refund the delivery costs you have to make to return the faulty/damaged item.
